Blind Masters: Black Edition

In 2025, we’re launching an exciting new Masterclass series: a year-long blind tasting challenge for dedicated wine enthusiasts. Across three Blind Masters events, participants will explore and identify wines within specific categories, honing their tasting skills and competing for the title of BMWA Blind Tasting Master. The series culminates at our Year-End Blind Masters Trophy Ceremony, where the most persistent and outstanding tasters will be awarded.

Our first session, Blind Masters Black Edition, features ten wines crafted from dark-skinned varieties, some tasted in black glasses for an extra challenge.

The session begins with a brief preparation on systematic tasting techniques and key varietal characteristics.

Light snacks (e.g. cheese and breadsticks) will be provided

Open to all experience levels, though prior tasting experience (equivalent to WSETL1 or L2) is strongly recommended.
